ABOUT US

I'm Cristina Gonzales, a Denver-based Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a studio in the heart of Capitol Hill, where I proudly practice alongside other female wellness and beauty providers as part of The Roots Wellness Collective. My work is rooted in somatic bodywork and integrates an array of modalities including deep tissue, neuromuscular and myofascial release, Thai massage, sports massage, cupping, gua sha, hydrotherapy, hot stones and aromatherapy. I bring a trauma-informed approach to every session, holding sacred space for each person who comes to me seeking healing, relief or reconnection with themselves. I believe that true healing happens when we learn to listen to our bodies, and I am committed to helping every person I work with foster that connection with themselves. My greatest goal is simple: help people become better humans — more present, more grounded and more at home in their own bodies.
